Inside Sales Representative

Overview:

SAi an established and growing software company looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to help drive expansion and growth in the Belgian market.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Software Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. This role will focus on generating leads, qualifying prospects, and driving software sales through proactive outreach, relationship-building, and consultative selling.

You will be responsible for generating new business as well as managing existing client relationships. This role requires a strong ability to understand customer needs, present solutions, and close deals via phone, email, and other online communication platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Proactively identify and prospect potential customers through phone calls, emails, and other digital communication channels.
  • Product Knowledge & Consultative Selling: Develop a deep understanding of the company’s software products and solutions. Present and demonstrate the company’s products/services to prospects, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with current and potential clients, addressing questions, concerns, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales Closing: Work towards achieving team sales targets by converting leads into closed sales.
  • Pipeline Management: Accurately track and update sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system to ensure up-to-date information and reporting.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing & product teams to align efforts and share valuable feedback regarding customer needs and market trends.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Regularly report on sales progress, challenges, and opportunities in the market.
  • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service and post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction. Address any customer concerns or questions promptly and professionally. Collaborate with internal support people and acquire software support knowledge to reach excellence in customer support and service.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years’ in an inside sales or sales development role, preferably in the Sign Design and Large Format Printing services industry. Understanding of software sales is a bonus.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and the ability to build rapport with potential and existing customers.
  • Fluency in English – other European languages are a strong asset
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM software (eg Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
  • A proactive attitude, with a focus on continuous learning and self-improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
