Access Payment Records

You can easily view and print all your billing receipts 24/7, from any web browser, even from your smartphone. Just follow these steps.

  1. Go to www.saicloud.com
  2. Log into your account by entering your email address and password on the right side of the page.
  3. Click the "Manage" button next to the license you need receipts for.
  4. Click the "Invoice History" button.
  5. Just click and download on the PDF of the month you need.

Add a Subscription

You can add a Flexi or Flexi for Design subscription by following these steps.

  1. From the computer you would like to add a subscription to, go to www.saicloud.com
  2. Log into your account by entering your email address and password on the right side of the page.
  3. Click the "Buy a New License" button at the bottom of the page.
  4. This will take you to the product selection and payment pages.

Can I Change the Payment Due Date on my Subscription?

No.

Cancel a Subscription - Annual Commitment

  1. Go to www.saicloud.com
  2. Log into your account by entering your email address and password on the right side of the page.
  3. Click the "Manage" button next to the license you want cancel.
  4. Click the “Switch Auto Renewal Off”
  5. This will end your annual commitment. You will be charged through the rest of your commitment.

Cancel a Subscription - Month to Month Commitment

  1. Go to www.saicloud.com
  2. Log into your account by entering your email address and password on the right side of the page.
  3. Click the "Manage" button next to the license you want cancel.
  4. Click the "Cancel Subscription" button at the bottom of the page. A box will pop up asking you to confirm the cancelation.

Change an Annual Payment Subscription

You can change to an annual payment subscription (billed annually) by calling 800-229-9044 opt 3 or emailing info@thinksai.com

Change Email Address

You can easily change your email settings by using the following steps:

  1. Go to www.saicloud.com.
  2. Log into your account by entering your email address and password on the right side of the page.
  3. Click on Login Settings that is next to Manage.
  4. Follow the instructions from there to update your email.

Change Payment Details

You can easily change your own credit card information 24/7, from any web browser, even from your smartphone. Just follow these steps.

  1. Go to www.saicloud.com
  2. Log into your account by entering your email address and password on the right side of the page
  3. Click the "Manage" button next to the license you want to change
  4. Click the "Update Payment Details" button at the bottom of the page.
  5. a. If you are current, please choose between prepaying for your next month or paying a penny to validate your credit card.

    b. If you are not current, the only option you will have is to pay your past due amount.

  6. Select your payment method. (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or PayPal)
  7. Click the "Manage" button next to the license you want to change

Change Your Product

You can upgrade your subscription by following these steps

  1. Go to www.saicloud.com
  2. Log into your account by entering your email address and password on the right side of the page.
  3. Click the “manage” button either at the top right or if you have more than one license, click manage next to the license you want to update.
  4. There will be a link on the right side of the page that says Upgrade or downgrade to a different product
  5. Follow the prompts.
  6. You will also need to run License Manager and Install Manager in the SAi Cloud folder to have the updates take effect

Move License to Another Computer

You can put your Flexi or Flexi Design subscription on a different computer by following these steps:

  1. Go to license manager and click on it. A box will pop up.
  2. Click detach from this computer
  3. Go to www.saicloud.com on the new computer and log in with your email address and password.
  4. Click download and follow the instructions on the screen.

Reset Password

You can reset your password in case you have misplaced or forgotten it, just follow these steps

  1. Go to www.saicloud.com
  2. Type in your email address and click on the link “Forgot Your Password”
  3. Access the email address that you use for your subscription. There will be a link to a page where you will enter a new password.
  4. Then you’ll just need to go back to www.saicloud.com and log in from there.

Restart Your Subscription

You can restart you subscription by following these steps

  1. Go to www.saicloud.com
  2. Log into your account by entering your email address and password on the right side of the page.
  3. Click the "Manage" button next to the license you want to restart.
  4. Click "Restart Subscription"
  5. Re-enter your credit card information.

What is my activation code and where can I find it?

Your activation code is your license to the software and is used when you install the software on your computer. This can be found by going to www.saicloud.com and logging in with your email and password, then click on the license you wish to get the activation code for and it will be listed in the top left corner of the page.

When I launch Flexi, it says the subscription license needs to be updated. What should I do?

If you are getting this kind of message the first thing you want to do is log into your cloud account at www.saicloud.com and click on the license that you are having trouble with and make sure your subscription date is not expired. If your subscription is expired then the payment for that month may not have been processed. Click on the manage button and click on update payment information and you will be able to update your payment details.
