Access Payment Records

You can easily view and print all your billing receipts 24/7, from any web browser, even from your smartphone. Just follow these steps.

  1. Go to www.saisubscriptions.com
  2. Log into your account by clicking the Login button in the top right corner and entering your email address and password.
  3. Click “Manage Payment Profiles”
  4. Find the card you want to change and click “Update” or “Add New Payment Profile”
  5. Fill in your new card’s information

We will charge a non-refundable one cent charge to verify the information.

Add a Subscription

You can add a Flexi or EnRoute Subscription by following these steps.

  1. Go to www.saisubscriptions.com
  2. Log into your account by clicking the Login button in the top right corner and entering your email address and password.
  3. On the Home page, click “Buy Now” for the product you would like to purchase. Or, if you are on the Manage Account page, click “Buy New Subscriptions”
  4. This will take you to the product selection page.
  5. If not already selected, choose which product line you would like to purchase
  6. Choose your product plan
  7. Choose your extra options
  8. Click “Add to Cart”
  9. Review your cart and click “Checkout”
  10. Read and confirm the terms and conditions, then click “Confirm Order & Pay”
  11. Choose an existing payment profile or create a new one (You will be redirected to WorldPay to create a new profile)

Click “Submit Order”

Can I Cancel My Subscription?

  1. Go to www.saisubscriptions.com
  2. Log into your account by clicking the Login button in the top right corner
  3. Click “Manage Subscription”
  4. Find the license you would like to cancel and click “View Details”
  5. Click “Cancel Subscription”
  6. If you would like to pause your subscription, you may do so for up to three months by clicking “Pause Subscription” instead.
  7. Confirm that you would like to cancel.

Your license will continue to work until the end of the current billing cycle. If you would like to purchase another subscription you may do so by going to www.saisubscriptions.com and clicking “Manage Subscription” then “Buy New Subscription”

Can I Change the Payment Due Date on my Subscription?

  1. Go to www.saisubscriptions.com
  2. Log into your account by clicking the Login button in the top right corner
  3. Click “Consolidate Payment”
  4. Check which license you would like to edit
  5. Select new billing date.
  6. Select “Review and Confirm”
  7. This will charge your credit card a prorated amount

Can I Pause My Subscription

  1. Go to www.saisubscriptions.com
  2. Log into your account by clicking the Login button in the top right corner
  3. Click “Manage Subscription”
  4. Find the license you would like to pause and click “View Details”
  5. Click “Pause Subscription”
  6. Select How long you would like to pause for (1-3 months)
  7. Click “Pause This Subscription”

Your subscription will be paused until the stated date, when it will automatically resume and your card will be charged unless the subscription is cancelled prior to that date. Only month-to-month subscriptions may be paused.

Can I Resume My Subscription?

  1. Go towww.saisubscriptions.com
  2. Log into your account by clicking the Login button in the top right corner
  3. Click “Manage Subscription”
  4. Find the paused license you would like to resume and click “View Details”
  5. Click “Resume Subscription”

Your subscription will resume and your card will be charged for the next month. Only month-to-month subscriptions may be paused and resumed. One payment must be made before you can pause the subscription again.

CAN I SCHEDULE THE PAYMENTS FOR MULTIPLE SUBSCRIPTIONS TO COME OUT ON THE SAME DAY?

  1. Go to www.saisubscriptions.com
  2. Log into your account by clicking the Login button in the top right corner
  3. Click “Consolidate Payment”
  4. Check which licenses you would like to edit
  5. Select new billing date.
  6. Select “Review and Confirm”
  7. Review the information and check “I agree”
  8. Click “Save Changes”
  9. This will charge your credit card a prorated amount
  10. The selected licenses will now be billed together

Change Email Address

You can easily change your email settings by using the following steps:

  1. Go to www.saisubscriptions.com
  2. Log into your account by clicking the Login button in the top right corner and entering your email address and password.
  3. Click “Account” in the top right corner.
  4. Click “Settings”
  5. Update your name or email address and click “Save Changes"

Change Payment Details

You can easily change your own credit card information 24/7, from any web browser, even from your smartphone. Just follow these steps.

  3. Click “Manage Payment Profiles”
  4. Find the card you want to change and click “Update” or “Add New Payment Profile”
  5. Fill in your new card’s information
  6. We will charge a non-refundable one cent charge to verify the information

How do I transfer my Enroute 6 cloud license from one computer to another?

First go to the Enroute 6 folder under the Windows Start menu and click on the License manager, then click on the option to “remove license from this computer”. Then you can go to the new computer and either install the software on that computer or if Enroute is already installed locate the same license manager on the second computer and put your Activation code in order to license the second computer.

Move EnRoute License to Another Computer

You can put your EnRoute or EnRoute Design subscription on a different computer by following these steps:

  1. Go to license manager and click on it. A box will pop up.
  2. Click detach from this computer
  3. Go to www.saicloud.com on the new computer and log in with your email address and password.
  4. Click download and follow the instructions on the screen.

My Subscription has been Cancelled

If your payment details are expired or incorrect, SAi will attempt to contact you 3 times via the email address associated with your account. If the payment details are still invalid two days after the payment date, your subscription will be cancelled. Any promos or discounts associated with the license will be forfeited. You may go to www.saisubscriptions.com to sign up for a new subscription license.

Reset Password

You can reset your password in case you have misplaced or forgotten it, just follow these steps

  1. Go to www.saicloud.com
  2. Type in your email address and click on the link “Forgot Your Password”
  3. Access the email address that you use for your subscription. There will be a link to a page where you will enter a new password.
  4. Then you’ll just need to go back to www.saicloud.com and log in from there.

Upgrade Your Subscription

You can upgrade your subscription from a designer license to a standard license by following these steps

  1. Go to www.saisubscriptions.com
  2. Log into your account by clicking the Login button in the top right corner and entering your email address and password.
  3. You will also need to run License Manager and Install Manager in the SAi Cloud folder to have the updates take effect
  4. Follow the prompts.
  5. Click “Upgrade to Flexi/EnRoute”
  6. Find the product you would like to upgrade and click “View Details”
  7. Click “Manage Subscription”

What is my activation code and where can I find it?

Your activation code is your license to the software and is used when you install the software on your computer. This can be found by going to www.saicloud.com and logging in with your email and password, then click on the license you wish to get the activation code for and it will be listed in the top left corner of the page.

When I launch the EnRoute subscription license, it says it needs to be updated. What should I do?

If you are getting this kind of message the first thing you want to do is log into your cloud account at www.saicloud.com and click on the license that you are having trouble with and make sure your subscription date is not expired. If your subscription is expired then the payment for that month may not have been processed. Click on the manage button and click on update payment information and you will be able to update your payment details.

Why is my License Voided?

If you have filed a chargeback or dispute with your financial institution your license has been voided in our system. If this was done in error, please go to www.saisubscriptions.com to get a new license.
